HY-5600 Multi-functional Alcohol Rub Resistance Tester is suitable for TV remote control button silkscreen printing, plastic parts, mobile phone casings, earphone housings silkscreen printing, battery silkscreen printing, keyboard printing, wire silkscreen printing, leather and other various electronic product surface spray coating, silkscreen printing and other printed coatings wear resistance, to evaluate its wear resistance degree. This machine can perform alcohol or other liquid medium wetted cotton cloth abrasion test, rubber eraser abrasion test, pencil hardness scratch test three typical wear resistance tests. This machine is to test the product back and forth with friction head under specified test load, test cycles, and test stroke.

Product Features

The cabinet adopts electrostatic painting treatment, while the workbench and friction fixtures use aluminum material with sandblasting surface treatment, offering strong corrosion resistance. The structure is sturdy, the design is rational, and the whole machine is aesthetically pleasing with safe, stable, and accurate operation.

The test count can be preset with power-off memory function. The test speed and stroke are adjustable, featuring user-friendly design. Speed and count are displayed on LCD for quick, intuitive operation.

It supports multi-functional testing, including alcohol/other liquids with cotton cloth, rubber eraser, pencil, steel needle, and various other friction tests.
